At Metamorphoo Co., every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
We Accept Returns or Replacements For:
• Defective products (printing errors, manufacturing defects)
• Damaged items received due to shipping
• Incorrect items received (wrong product or design)
• Items lost in transit
We Do Not Accept Returns For:
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Slight variations in print placement (within industry standard tolerance)
How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved it will be processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
