All Metamorphoo Co. products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful. This means your order is custom made after you place it — ensuring the highest quality print on every piece.

 

Production Time

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.

 

Shipping Times

•       United States: 3-5 business days after production

•       Canada: 5-10 business days after production

•       International: 10-20 business days after production

 

Total estimated delivery time = Production time (2-5 days) + Shipping time.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed please contact us at support@metamorphooco.com with your order number. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
